As part of the Aurora Material Solutions’ leadership team, Scott will set the company’s HR strategy, ensuring that HR goals align with the company’s business objectives. He brings more than 30 years of experience, most recently as the vice president of HR for Avery Dennison’s materials business in North America. Scott is a hands-on executive coach, with a history of leading mission-critical change initiatives at companies in Atlanta, Chicago, Belgium and the Netherlands.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in HR development from Georgia State University and an MBA from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium.
