Aurora Material Solutions Appoints Robert Walter as New Supply Chain Director

STREETSBORO, OH – August 31, 2017 – Aurora Material Solutions, LLC, a leader in PVC compounds, announces the appointment of Robert Walter as supply chain director.

In his role, Walter is responsible for supply chain functions, including planning, inventory, transportation and logistics. This involves day-to-day execution, as well as the design and implementation of Aurora Material Solutions’ supply chain organization, process and systems to support future growth, and achieve our service commitments to customers.

Walter brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in supply chain strategy, logistics management and production planning. Prior to joining Aurora Material Solutions, Walter served as the service and logistics manager for Avery Dennison. He held other roles at Avery Dennison, including regional planning manager, materials manager and enterprise lean sigma project leader.

Walter holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in purchasing and supply chain management and production operations management, from Bowling Green State University.
