Edward Darling – Appointed Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Aurora Material Solutions

STREETSBORO, OH – March 18, 2024 – Aurora Material Solutions announces the appointment of Edward Darling as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions.

In this role, Edward will lead the merger and acquisition process for all of Aurora Material Solutions by developing and managing Aurora’s deal origination processes and due diligence reviews as well as supporting post close activities such as integration and value creation execution to ensure we are identifying, evaluating, closing, and integrating value-creating acquisitions.  Edward will be a key member of the Aurora Material Solutions leadership team.

Edward is joining us from Piper Sandler in Charlotte, NC where he most recently served as Investment Banking Vice President – Diversified Industrials & Services. He has also worked for UTC Aerospace Systems, EY and PwC. Edward earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Accounting from the College of Charleston.
