Fabien Deboudacher – Appointed Marieville, QC Plant Manager at Aurora Material Solutions

STREETSBORO, OH – April 15, 2024 – Aurora Material Solutions announces the appointment Fabien Deboudacher as plant manager for its facility in Marieville, Quebec.

Deboudacher will be directly responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all operations-related functions, prioritizing the work assignments of all operations personnel, and ensuring that Aurora Material Solutions consistently provides excellent customer service and high-quality products.  He will work to achieve plant and company goals related to safety, the environment, productivity, quality, maintenance, continuous improvement, and financial performance.

Prior to joining Aurora Material Solutions, Deboudacher worked for Huntsman Corporation in Boisbriand, Quebec, where he most recently served as the production and engineering manager.  Prior to that, also held roles at Huntsman as plant manager, environmental health and safety coordinator, production technician, and chemical technologist.

Deboudacher holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Toulouse in Toulouse, France, and he is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

He will report to Tim Huskey, chief operating officer for Aurora Material Solutions.
