Superior Dimensional Stability Opens Up the Application Possibilities
With AuroraEcoplast™ PVC wood composite pellets, you can engineer products that are both strong and beautiful. While many wood composites are limited on how much load they can carry, our high-stiffness composite allows for up to 1,000,000 psi flexural modulus to resist bending, even under pressure. Our dimensional stability results in 1/3 the thermal expansion/contraction of standard rigid PVC making our pellets ideal for use in products that experience temperature swings. Combined, these features broaden the application possibilities with AuroraEcoplast™ PVC wood composite pellets. Use them for windows, doors, decking materials or other structural needs. Once processed, the material can easily be capped with a variety of weatherable and smooth capstock options from our AuroraShield™ line of premium UV-resistant polymers.
