Aurora Material Solutions Appoints Lachance as Customer Service Representative

Aurora Material Solutions announces the appointment of Kevin Lachance as customer service representative.

In this role, Lachance will work with Aurora customers to manage the order process from entry through shipping and invoicing. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the company, products and programs, and will put Lachance at the forefront of our commitment to being our customers’ first choice in polymer compounds.

Lachance joins Aurora from Mitchel Lincoln in Drummondville, Québec, where he most recently served as a customer service representative. He has also worked for the government of Canada and as an employer service agent.

He holds a degree in accounting from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in Québec.
